Instructions
Salad
Cut the lettuce into small size cubs and put them in to a large bowl.
Cut cucumber, cherry tomato, bell pepper, red onion and black olives to bit size and add to the bowl.

Squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl.
Add olive oil, garlic (minced), Salt and pepper to the lemon juice and whisk them well.
Pour into the salad and gently mix them all together
