Ingredients

  • 100 grams Lettuce
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 100 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50 grams Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion Medium Size
  • 1 Avocado Medium Size
  • 100 grams Black Olives
  • 100 grams Feta Cheeses
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the lettuce into small size cubs and put them in to a large bowl.

  • Cut cucumber, cherry tomato, bell pepper, red onion and black olives to bit size and add to the bowl.

  • Squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl.

  • Add olive oil, garlic (minced), Salt and pepper to the lemon juice and whisk them well.
