Chicken and Beef Bolongnese Recipe

Chicken and beef bolongnese is one of my all time favorite meals. Here I am sharing the best chicken and beef bolongnese recipe today.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Mince Meat Beef
  • 100 g Chicken Brest
  • 1 can Plum Tomatoes
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes 18-20 tomatoes
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 medium Onion Diced
  • 3 clove Garlic Chopped
  • 2 large Carrots Diced
  • 1 stick Celery Diced
  • ½ cup Red Wine
  • 1 tsp Tomato Puree
  • Fresh Basil Handful
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Cooking the Spaghetti,
    Boil the water and add olive oil 1 teaspoon and pinch of salt. Drop the spaghetti into the boiling water and cook till it’s ready (about 8-10 minutes).
  • While spaghetti is cooking,
    Cut the chicken into small slices and diced all the Vegetables and Herbs ( Garlic, cherry tomatoes, celery, carrots, onion, fresh basil and rosemary )
  • Heat a pan at medium temperature and add olive oil, when oil start to heat up add garlic, basil and onion and stir it for about a minute.
  • Now add the chicken and mince meat and stir till the meat color is transparent. At this point add salt and pepper for seasoning. Mix all together and close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes of cooking add carrots, celery and cherry tomatoes, mix well and close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes add tomatoes puree, oregano, rosemary and plum tomatoes. If plum tomatoes are too big brake them while you are stirring.
  • About 1 minutes of stir, add chicken stock, mix well and close the lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Finally add red wine and Parmesan cheese. Your Chicken and Beef Bolognese is ready
  • Serve on top of the cooked spaghetti and garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • This sauce tastes even better the next day. It can be made up to 2 days in advance. If you want you can freeze the sauce.
