Take a large glass bowl and add diced tomatoes and onion
Then add the minced garlic, finely chopped fresh basil, freshly grounded black pepper and salt and mix all together.
Take Ricotta cheese on to another small glass bowl and squeeze the lemon half, olive oil, freshly ground back pepper and salt and mix well.
Mix crushed (minced) garlic and olive oil in a small bowl and spread them over both sides of sliced baguette.
Toast the baguette both side for about 2-3 minutes on a grill pan with medium heat.
When the bread is ready, spread the cheese mix over and place the tomato mix on top.
Enjoy your bruschetta while bread is crunchy.
