Add Quinoa and water to a saucepan and boil them together in medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Strain the water and run the cold water to stop further cooking.
Chop the fresh Parsley, cucumber, cherry tomato, bell pepper, Onion and green chili, and add them into a bowl.
squish half lemon juice and add olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Add cinnamon powder, white pepper powder, nutmeg, garlic powder, all spice and salt.
Mix all together until everything combine well.
Finally add cooked Quinoa and mix well.
