Ingredients
250gBroccoliFresh
1tbspOlive Oil
50g Cashew Nuts
2-3Dry Chili
1tbspOyster Sauce
1cupWater
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Boil the water in a pan and add the broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked broccoli into a colander and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a medium heated pan.
Drop the cashew nuts in to the pan and toast them until they become golden in colour. Move them to one side of the pan.
Break the dry chili in to little peaces and add the to the pan. and stir it.
Now add the oyster sauce and the cooked broccoli and mix all together.
Cook for another minute and take them off the pan to a plate.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over and enjoy your broccoli stir fry salad.
