Ingredients

  • 250 g Broccoli Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 50 g Cashew Nuts
  • 2-3 Dry Chili
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Boil the water in a pan and add the broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked broccoli into a colander and set aside.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a medium heated pan.
  • Drop the cashew nuts in to the pan and toast them until they become golden in colour. Move them to one side of the pan.
  • Break the dry chili in to little peaces and add the to the pan. and stir it.
  • Now add the oyster sauce and the cooked broccoli and mix all together.
  • Cook for another minute and take them off the pan to a plate.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over and enjoy your broccoli stir fry salad.
