Add Prawns, Black Pepper, Salt and Turmeric Powder to a bowl and mix them together and set aside.
Set the pan on a medium heat.
Add coconut oil to the pan and fry the prawns both side until they cooked.(5-7 MIN)
Empty the prawns from the pan and add more coconut oil to the same pan. add garlic, ginger and onion and stir for about 1 minute. Then add some fresh curry leaves and green chili, while you stir add some cumin and mustard seeds some chopped tomatoes.
About 1/2 minutes of stir add some chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder and mix well until they cooked.
Add Anaheim and Fresno if you like your dish to be hot and flavorful. cook for about 10 minutes
Now add the prawns and lemon juice to the gravy and mix gently.
Add the coconut milk and cooked potato and mix gently.
Finally Ground the Cinnamon, cardamom and clove and add the curry and gently mix.
