I like to keep this Greek salad dressing very simple. Because of the flavors that I’m getting from the salad is amazing, so I don’t want to spoil that with a heavy dressing. To keep it simple I only used Lemon juice, mixed with Olive oil and add some garlic,salt and pepper.
Choosing the right ingredient is key to success of a Greek salad recipe. Using new and fresh vegetable is very important. Don’t cut and prepare your vegetable long before your guest arrive, always do this at the last minutes, this way it keep the freshness of the salad.
Step by Step Guide to Make Greek Salad Recipe with Feta Cheese.

- 100 grams Lettuce
- ½ Cucumber
- 100 grams Cherry Tomatoes
- 50 grams Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion Medium Size
- 1 Avocado Medium Size
- 100 grams Black Olives
- 100 grams Feta Cheeses
- ½ Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic Minced
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the lettuce into small size cubs and put them in to a large bowl.
- Cut cucumber, cherry tomato, bell pepper, red onion and black olives to bit size and add to the bowl.
Greek Salad Recipe Dressing
- Squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic (minced), Salt and pepper to the lemon juice and whisk them well.
- Pour into the salad and gently mix them all together
- Enjoy your Greek Salad.
